Our Story

Bridge360 was founded by Piyumi Sugandika Liyanapathirana, with co-founder Praveen Aakash Narayana contributing corporate and academic expertise to shape the company’s direction. Piyumi’s experience working closely with students and coordinating support inspired our student-welfare-first approach, while Praveen’s corporate background and industry experience shaped our focus on employability and long-term career outcomes.

After pursuing higher education in New Zealand, our team experienced firsthand the challenges international students face—from choosing the right study pathway to adapting to academic expectations and progressing into professional roles. Many students receive support only until admission, with little guidance once they arrive.

At the same time, we saw employers in New Zealand struggling to access diverse talent already living and qualified here.
